Too many women put off breast imaging because it hurts, takes weeks to schedule, or leaves them waiting days for answers. HerWell was created by Sonotec Imaging to change that. We use 3D Automated Breast Ultrasound (ABUS) with no radiation and no compression, in a calm, private setting in Temecula and Rancho Mirage. Every exam is read by a board-certified radiologist, and you never need a referral to book.

KNOW YOUR DENSITY
About half of women have dense breasts. Here's why it matters.
Breasts are made of fatty tissue and fibroglandular tissue. When there is more fibroglandular tissue, the breast is called dense. It is common and normal, but it changes what a mammogram can see. Dense tissue shows up white on a mammogram, and so can a small tumor, which can make findings harder to spot.
Ultrasound sees dense tissue differently, so it can show areas a mammogram may miss. That is why many women with dense breasts add ultrasound to their routine.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A 3D view of the whole breast in about 30 minutes.
ABUS uses gentle sound waves and a wide scanning paddle to capture hundreds of image slices of each breast. A radiologist reviews them in 3D, slice by slice, for a more complete and consistent picture than a handheld scan of one spot.
