Last updated October 22, 2026. Welcome to Sonotec Advanced Imaging and Sonotec Mobile Imaging, including HerWell and SonoMommy. By using our websites you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites.
1. Not Medical Advice; Appointments
Website content is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment; always follow the advice of your physician. In an emergency, call 911, and do not use our forms or email for urgent medical needs. Submitting a form or online booking request does not create an appointment or a provider-patient relationship until our staff confirms it. Diagnostic exams require a valid physician referral. Preventive screening exams do not replace exams your doctor orders, and a normal result does not rule out all disease. SonoMommy 3D/4D sessions are elective keepsake imaging and do not replace the prenatal ultrasounds ordered by your OB provider.
2. Prices, Results and Cancellations
Self-pay prices shown are for the imaging service only and may change. Insurance coverage, copays and deductibles are set by your plan. Uninsured and self-pay patients may request a Good Faith Estimate. Studies are interpreted by independent board-certified physicians, and results are sent to your referring provider, who will discuss them with you. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
3. Your Information and Site Content
You agree to give accurate information. Our use of it is described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Text, images and logos on our websites belong to Sonotec or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. We are not responsible for content on third-party sites we link to, such as booking or patient portals run by vendors.
4. Liability, Governing Law and Contact
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our websites are provided "as is," and Sonotec is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the websites. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under California law. California law governs these Terms, and disputes will be heard in Riverside County, California.
