Cancellation Policy

Appointment Scheduling Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or through your healthcare provider. A confirmation email and/or text message will be sent once your appointment has been scheduled. Arrival Time Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to complete the exam. Insurance & Payment Insurance coverage varies by examination and individual plan. Patients are responsible for verifying their insurance benefits prior to their appointment. Co-pays, deductibles, self-pay balances, and any non-covered services are due at the time of service. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient awaiting care. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee when permitted by law and applicable policies. No-Show Policy Patients who miss multiple scheduled appointments without prior notice may be required to contact our office to schedule future appointments and may be asked to provide a deposit for certain services. Preparation Instructions Some examinations require special preparation, such as fasting or arriving with a full bladder. Please carefully review your appointment confirmation and follow any preparation instructions provided. Failure to do so may require your appointment to be rescheduled. Results Imaging results are interpreted by a board-certified radiologist. Results are typically sent to your referring provider within 24 to 48 business hours, although turnaround times may vary depending on the examination. If your study was ordered by Sonotec, HerWell, or another participating provider, you will receive instructions regarding how your results will be communicated.
